Professional Experience

Founder & General Manager

2011 - 2023

Vienna, Austria

  • Over the years, I have established and sustained a robust digital presence for the company, a process that encompassed everything from the design of the logo to the development and implementation of the website. This wasn't just about creating an online platform, but about crafting a digital identity that truly represented the brand and its values.
  • To enhance visibility and increase brand awareness, I leveraged SEO and SEM strategies. This involved careful keyword research, optimization of website content, and strategic online advertising. The result was a significant increase in web traffic and a stronger online presence.
  • One of my key projects was the implementation of a billing system using PHP, WordPress, and WooCommerce. This wasn't just a technical task - it required a deep understanding of the company's operations and the needs of our customers. The new system led to significant savings in time and cost, streamlined our operations, and minimized the possibility of errors.
  • As the leader of a team of more than 10 teachers, I took on the responsibility of facilitating routine meetings and arranging activities aimed at fostering team cohesion. I believe in the power of teamwork and collaboration, and I made it a priority to create an environment where every team member felt valued and heard.
  • My significant contribution to the company's evolution into one of the most prominent private music schools in Vienna is a testament to my robust problem-solving skills, proactive mentality, and swift adaptability to changing circumstances. Throughout this journey, I faced numerous challenges, but with my leadership and a clear vision, I was able to turn these challenges into opportunities for growth and learning.
